Please be aware as you begin the application process:

  1. Completion of our vendor application, agreement to terms and waivers does not guarantee an approval. We value our businesses and seek to avoid like business model competing for sales & exposure.

  2. In order to be considered a complete application must be submitted.

  3. Premium locations are reserved for Sponsors and Partners however there are circumstances that allow businesses opportunities to upgrade to those locations.

  4. Booth pricing will fluctuate dependent on what your booth will consist of, (Food, Merchandise, information).

VENDOR TERMS

  • Vendor setup is 1 hr prior to the event start.

  • Products must be pre-approved.

  • Products must be deliverable onsite during the event. Collection of monies for product shipment is strictly prohibited.

  • Vendor or its representative is responsible for setup, handling of all sales, and collecting all revenue (including any applicable sales tax) during the event.

  • Sales are not guaranteed.



PHOTOGRAPHY

  • By accepting vendor terms The Drip Mission LLC is granted the right, to photograph, film or videotape vendors and their representatives. TDM LLC may display or use any such pictures or other reproductions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

VENDOR SPACE RESTRICTIONS

  • Exhibitors may not sublet or assign any part of their allotted space to another company without pre-approval.

  • Aisle space or other public space may not be used for exhibit purposes, signs, solicitation or distribution of promotional material.

  • Operation of sound or music is not allowed

  • Vendor space must be left in the same condition as it was received. Failure to comply will result in a $175.00 Cleaning Service Fee


BOOTH ACCESSORIES

  • INTERNET:  None available

  • ELECTRICITY: Need to bring your own generator if power needed.

INSURANCE AND SECURITY

  • Vendor assume complete responsibility for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property brought into the facility, and for claims of injury or damage to any other person or property arising out from exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property brought into the facility.

  • Vendors will be provided a laminate/wristband for each event that must be visible at all times to staff, security, and attendees. 

  • Plan accordingly for transport of goods we don’t have any handcarts available for use.

  • Insurance and liability are the full and sole responsibility of the vendor. Exhibitor shall maintain commercial general liability insurance and a copy is required to be submitted upon selection
